Represented Indian employers at Indian Labour Conference, EPFO, ESI, Workers Education, Contract Labour Advisory Boards, Minimum Wages Advisory Board Central Apprenticeship Council and other tripartite fora of Ministry of Labour
We (EFI) are a key constituent of the Council of Indian Employers (CIE), along with All India Organization of Employers (AIOE) and Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE).
EFI also represents Indian Employers at the International Labour Organization (ILO) in India and in Geneva and at the International Organization of Employers (IOE), a world body of employers in Geneva. We have also been associated with The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) Tokyo, Japan. EFI acts as the voice of Indian employers at Confederation of Asia-Pacific Employers (CAPE).
