Mr. Bharat Singh Mehta is the CEO, HR Synergy, a total HR solution providing Organization. He is a Senior HR professional having over four decades of experience of working with leading industrial houses of the country. Bharat Mehta retired as the group HR Head (VP & CHRO) of Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd. and has earlier worked with DCM Shriram Industries and JK Tyre and Industries. 

Bharat Mehta is a Certified Executive Coach and helps senior executives improve their performance. He is a certified Large Scale Interactive Process facilitator and has helped organizations identify problem issues and their answer thru combined effort of a large number of employees. He has successfully executed Leadership Development Initiatives, Strategic HR, PMS Development, Competency Development, Cultural Change and Talent Pipeline Development initiatives. He conducts MDPs in OB areas for organizations. 

Mr. Bharat Mehta holds Masters Degree in Industrial Sociology (Silver Medalist) and PG Diploma in Personnel Management (Gold Medalist). Mr. Mehta is actively involved with various Industry Associations and Business Schools. Mr. Sajiv K. Menon  is the Managing Director of Nitta Gelatin India Limited since April 1, 2014. Nitta Gelatin India Limited is a publicly listed Company promoted by the Osaka 
headquartered Nitta Gelatin Group. Prior to his current assignment, he was with the Murugappa Group of Companies for almost two decades.  

An alumnus of IIM-B, Mr. Menon is also a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award of the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli. He is currently serving as the President of the Indo Japan Chamber of Commerce – Kerala, President of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce – Kerala, and is a Director on the Board of the Gelatin Manufacturers of Asia Pacific. He is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs.

Mr. Homi Khusrokhan

Homi Khusrokhan is a B. Com. from Bombay University, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and M.Sc. (Econ.) from the London School of Economics & Political Science. He worked for 29 years with Glaxo & Burroughs Wellcome in India and retired as Managing Director of both companies in 2000. During his stewardship, in 1999, Glaxo was rated as India’s Most Respected Company by Business World. 

He then joined the Tata Group as MD of Tata Tea Ltd. and later became MD of Tata Chemicals. Both companies became the world’s 2 nd largest Companies in Tea & Soda Ash during his tenure by virtue of major international acquisitions which he managed. 

After retiring in 2008, he was appointed Special Adviser to the Government-appointed Board of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. in 2009. 

He has worked with various Industry Organizations and Chambers of Commerce. He was President of the Organization of Pharmaceutical Producers of India and Vice-President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He is presently Senior Adviser, Private Equity to Tata Capital and a Non-Executive Director, on several Boards. He is Chairman of the Western Region of the Employers Federation of India, Chairman of United Way, Mumbai, Vice-President of the Indian Red Cross Society, serves on the board of governors of a secondary school and certain hospitals and is President of the Bombay Natural History Society.

Mr. Rajeev Dubey

Rajeev Dubey is the Group President (HR & Corporate Services) & CEO (After-Market Sector), Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. His key focus areas are Human Capital initiatives of the Group, the After-Market businesses whose CEO’s report to him, Group Communications, Government Relations, CSR and Infrastructure. He is the Chairman of Mahindra Insurance Brokers, Mahindra Steel Service Centres and Mahindra First Choice Services, and serves on the Boards of several Group companies including Ssangyong Motors Korea, Mahindra Intertrade and Mahindra First Choice Wheels. He is Chairman of the Group CSR Council and the Corporate Governance Cell, Member of the 
Governing Council of the Mahindra Institute of Quality and of the Advisory Board of Bristlecone USA. 

He joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in January 2004 after a career spanning 29 years in the Tata Group, which he joined in 1975 as a member of the TAS, the central managerial cadre of the Tata Group. He spent 21 years with Tata Steel, and the next 7 years as CEO first of Tata Metaliks and then of Rallis India.  

He studied Economics at St. Stephens College, Delhi University, where he was ranked first in the University, and at the Delhi School of Economics, where he received a National Scholarship. He went on to do his MBA from the Yale School of Management, USA as a J N Tata scholar, and was selected as a Distinguished Alumnus of the School. 

Rajeev is a Member of the Governing Body of the International Labour Organization (ILO), Geneva and serves on the Board of the International Organization of Employers (IOE), Geneva, where he is also the Chairperson of the Future of Work Policy Group. He is a member of the National Executive Council and the Steering Committee of FICCI (Federation of the Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and is Chairman of their HR Committee. He also serves as a core member of the Council of Global Advisors of the Yale School of Management, USA, the Advisory Board of Konecranes India and is a Past President of the National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN) and the Employers’ Federation of India (EFI).

Anil G. Verma is the President & Executive Director of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. is a part of the Godrej group that touches the lives of 750 million Indians every day & has a diverse business portfolios ranging from Appliances to Aerospace, from Material Storage & Handling to Locking & Security Solutions. 

As part of his current role Anil overseas a team of over 12000 associates in India and abroad, at establishments in India & abroad. 

Anil is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Godrej Consoveyo. Consoveyo is a part of the Korber group and is in the business of providing Intra logistics Automation solutions. 

Anil is also a Director on the Board of Godrej Infotech Limited, which is a technology company in the niche space of ERP implementation. 

Anil did his graduate studies in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU. He is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has successfully completed a Senior Executive Program from the Sloan School of Management, MIT, USA.

Advocate Bharat Goyal graduated in Law from the Government Law College, Mumbai in the year 1986. He joined and started his career with the late Mr. F. N. Kaka, a Senior Counsel practicing in the Bombay High Court and worked with him as his junior for about 4 years. 

Thereafter, he worked with a Junior to Mr. S. F. Parakh, Advocate & Solicitor who was also associated with Late Mr. F. N. Kaka. On and from the year 1999, he has been practicing independently in Courts, in the field of Labour and Industrial Laws.

As Vice President of the Industrial Relations Institute of India, he has been active in professional forums addressing Conferences and Workshops organised by the Institute and giving an update of the law and case law in Industrial Relations, updating the academic knowledge and skills of HR/legal professionals in the Industry and also contributing to articles in the monthly Journal Arbiter.

Mr. Michael Dias is an eminent Lawyer in the field of Employment Laws. He is also Secretary, The Employer’s Association – Delhi since 1986, an institution promoted by him to assist Employers in statutory compliances and for harmonious workplace relations. He has wide experience in the field of Labour Laws and Industrial Relations of more than 40 years. He is a Member of various Industry Associations such as FICCI, CII, ASSOCHAM, PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, to name a few.  He has been an Employer Representative on various Statutory Boards constituted by the Government of India including the Employees State Insurance Corporation and currently is a Member of the Central Board of Trustees; a statutory body constituted under the EPF & MP Act, 1952. Mr. Dias has been an Executive Member of various Institutions and their Governing Bodies including All India Organization of Employers, The Leprosy Mission of India, Holy Family Hospital, Salwan Public School, Delhi University and the like. 

He is also a visiting Lecturer and a Keynote Speaker at various programmes on Employment Laws organized by professional bodies such as AIMA, National HRD 
Network, School for Inspired Leadership, Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad and the like. He has served on a number of Committees set up by the Government of India for Labour legislations and Arbitration including the erstwhile Planning Commission and World Bank. Currently, he is working on the Labour Codes drafted by Government of India, that are expected to be enacted by Parliament in their forthcoming Sessions. 

His strengths are that he has a comprehensive knowledge of various Employment Laws and their implementation including the management of Contract Labour, besides representation of Employers before various Labour Courts and Industrial Tribunals. He runs a Law Firm in the name of Michael Dias & Associates. His two sons, Siddharth and Mayank Francis, are Partners in that Firm; they provide legal services not only in the field of Employment Laws but also in a variety of branches of Law. Mr. Dias is an active Member of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and LAWASIA and has delivered Lectures at various Law Conferences around the world; besides, is regularly invited by the National Judicial Academy at Bhopal to interact with Senior Judges and Judicial Officers on various aspects of Labour and Employment Laws. 

Finally, Mr. Dias is a firm believer in Conciliation and Mediation; by nature and temperament, he has enormous belief in Human Resources. He supports win – win solutions, based on fair play and equity. In view of his vast experience in the field of Law, he is able to advocate simple pragmatic strategies for resolution of complex disputes.

Mr. Rrajesh K Khosla is President & CEO of AGI glaspac, a part of Packaging Products Division (PPD) at HSIL Limited, makers of the iconic brand ‘Hindware’. Mr. Khosla brings to the table a passion for business development that reflects in his stellar work ethic that focuses on practical implementation, his end-to-end approach towards business growth that entails employee development, financial analysis, and debottlenecking. His ability to create convergence between innovation and creativity has helped the PPD business at HSIL to scale newer heights. Mr. Khosla is the Current Chairman of EFSI for Telangana & Andhra Pradesh Region. 

His ability to induce relevant micro-cultures within departments and align their operations accordingly has catalyzed overall business efficiency for the Container Glass business at HSIL. He also has rich experience of Joint Ventures, Anti-Dumping Duty & Market Development. 

Mr. Khosla packs rich corporate experience, with 27 years spread across domains such as global and international businesses, business strategy, mining operations, and marketing. Before joining HSIL, Mr. Khosla served as the President Director and CEO at PT Jindal Stainless, Indonesia. He is also a visiting faculty at numerous renowned universities, where he shares his visionary expertise with students through insightful and motivating lectures. Mr. Khosla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy and an MBA.
