Represented Employers on the first and second National Commissioner Labour.
Significantly contributed proactively on improving policy environment on labour matters and other people related issues.

Partnership:
We (EFI) are a key constituent of the Council of Indian Employers (CIE), along with All India Organization of Employers (AIOE) and Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE).
International Partners:
EFI also represents Indian Employers at the International Labour Organization (ILO) in India and in Geneva and at the International Organization of Employers (IOE), a world body of employers in Geneva. We have also been associated with Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association (HIDA) Tokyo, Japan, as well as the Korean Labour Foundation. EFI acts as the voice of Indian employers at Confederation of Asia-Pacific Employers (CAPE).
